Please carefully review the terms and conditions before proceeding with your order and making payment. By placing an order and/or completing the payment for your purchase, you are acknowledging your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.                “Kian Huat”, “We” or “Us” means KIAN HUAT ENTERPRISE PTE LTD.

2.                “You” means the customer.

3.                “Principle” means the supplier and/or manufacturer of the product.

Placing on order

Upon placing an order to purchase products from us, it is important to note that your order is considered as an offer to buy products from us. We hold the absolute discretion to decline your order without providing any reason.

We retain the authority to reimburse you the amount paid for any product/s (instead of delivering or supplying such product/s), even after sending you an email confirming the acceptance of your order and receipt of payment by us.

Please be aware that once we have received your payment and have initiated the delivery of the products to you, the order cannot be cancelled.

Price

The price of any product, unless there is an obvious error, is stated in Singapore dollars and displayed as such. It is important to note that prices are subject to change at any time. However, these changes will not impact orders for which we have already sent you a payment note via email or WhatsApp, confirming your order.

Please be aware that the prices you see online may differ from the prices in our physical stores. This difference could be due to limited product quantities or special online promotions.

Any discounts and rebates offered are subject to the terms and conditions that we may set from time to time. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel these discounts and rebates without prior notice.

Additionally, please note that all promotional and limited offer items are limited to one per customer, unless otherwise specified. Furthermore, any free gifts offered are subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. These free gifts are not exchangeable and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without notice.

Display

The products showcased in our store are presented on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the availability, description, and prices of the products mentioned. Any inaccuracies or incompleteness regarding the availability, description, and prices of the products stated will not hold us liable in any manner.

 Self Collection

 An email or WhatsApp will be sent once the goods are ready for collection at the selected outlet. Self-collection time will be based on the outlet opening hours.

Delivery

Delivery will be at the address in Singapore as stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within five (5) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.

Delivery will be made only to:

•                 Shopping malls and Office Building: Loading and unloading bay

•                 Residential Building: Ground level (Level 1)

•                 Factory Building: Doorsteps delivery wherever possible otherwise will be at loading and unloading bay.

We will not be delivering goods to the following locations:

•                 Jurong Island

•                 Construction Site

•                 Government base such as Military base

Should we have difficulty gaining access to such places as stated above, we will notify you accordingly.

Deliveries will be made Mondays to Friday 9AM – 5PM, Saturday 9AM – 1PM (Exclude Public Holidays and Sunday)

•                 We may at our discretion use a third-party delivery contractor to make delivery.

•                 If there is no one to receive the order, we will place it near the door and take photo as evidence as proof of delivery. We will not be liable for risk of loss and damage to the products.

•                 If you would like to reschedule the delivery once the product is out for delivery, a $30 surcharge will be imposed.

Risk of loss and damage

Risk of loss and damage of the products you purchase passes to you on delivery. We shall retain title to the products until such time as payment in full (including delivery charges) has been effected.

Returns and Exchanges

Any returns or exchange must be made at our store with proof of purchase within seven (7) days of purchase. We may, subject to our discretion and policies, allow returns and exchanges.

Should returns be allowed, refund will be either in the form of credit vouchers, Cash or bank transfer .

No refund shall be in CASH for any payment made via Bank Transfer, NETS payment and/or PayNow. The refund in this instance shall be via be via Bank Transfer.

There is a strict No exchange or return under the following conditions:

•                 Building materials such as but not limited to cementitious products (Cement, Screed, Plaster etc).

•                 Special order product such as but not limited to customized plywood sizing, hardware accessories, Paint etc.

•                 Without proof of purchase.

Liability

We do not warranty any product. Any warranty provided are strictly back-to-back with product distributor and/or manufacturer. In the event of faulty product, we will send back to respective manufacturer to access, replace or repair whichever decision made by the principle. We will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with your order.

Applicable Law

These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or in connection with these terms & conditions.
